I put together a video with clips from my transformation over the past year. It was TRULY a MIND and BODY transformation! And, believe it or not, my MIND transformation was FAR greater than my body transformation.

  • "Do more of what makes you happy" may seem like a over-simplistic explanation, and to some may feel like a disappointing message in light of his transformation. You may feel like you want to know what the "secret" was. I think as simple as the message may first appear, there is some layered depth to it. So often we *don't* do what makes us happy...we do what gives us short-term gratification (food, booze, sex, drugs, etc.), and we deny ourselves the real substantive things in life that ultimately provide the longer term growth and peace of mind. "Do more of what makes you happy" is an affirmation, and a reminder to treat yourself well, be good to yourself, give yourself permission to live your life to it's fullest.

  • Yesterday I started. I have realized my mistake. I tend to set unrealistic short-term goals which I end up giving up. I am starting my 1-year weight loss from 20\10\2020 to 19\10\2021. Currently at 206lbs looking to get below 175lbs. Wish me luck!

  • So the key is to gain lean muscle mass with resistance training & some cardio. Eat 30-40G protein 5 times daily with green veg like broccoli. So lifting weights & chicken/broccoli works for all Hollywood actors. This is far better than doing keto & losing your muscle mass. If you are over 40 you do need far more protein because of declining hormones like testosterone & HGH combined with Anabolic Resistance. if over 40 have proteins at 2.5G/KG of bodyweight

  • Started working out back in August. I weighed about 180lbs (81 kg). I was an unfit and overweight dude with bad asthma and barely any muscle. I'm now about 150-160lbs (68-72kg.) Idk the exactly weight for sure since my scale is broken and I haven't bought a new one yet, but I've definitely slimmed down a fuck ton and built up a lot of muscle. Mostly in my legs though. Still trying my best to lose the weight in my chest area and hips since I still have a bit of man boobs and love handles. Legs are way thinner then they use to be and so is my stomach. Love handles and breasts have gotten smaller too. My goal is to hopefully get to 130lbs or less by Christmas. I would lose weight a lot faster if I did more intense workouts, but the most I've been doing is a daily 2 mile run (3 km) and 15 reps + 3 sets of pushups, incline push-ups, and 100 curl-ups. Asthma has gotten way better and easier to control from the amount of running I've done and I don't even get tired anymore from running 2 miles.

  • I audibly said "WOW" at the body fat drop. lbs are cool to track and all but muscle plays a part in lbs. Body fat is body fat and dude dropped nearly 30% jeeeeezus. You go man. I started back at the gym for the first time in years last week. went from a 16minute mile to a 10 minute mile. now this week im adding strength training to cardio and think im going to cross train cardio. this video is inspiring. im certainly over weight but im not working out to lose weight. I just want to move more, break out of this insanely sedentary life im living. thanks for sharing and inspiring man! you look absolutely AMAZING!!!

  • I admire you and your transformation. I have 208 lbs, I have 29% of body fat and I feel bad about myself. I hate that my dick is well above average in size but since almost one and half inch is hidden inside my fatpad it looks average at best. I hate looking into the mirror and seeing my fokin belly and I hate watching picture where I was actually lean and sexy...but I struggle with sugar addiction and I mean real addiction. There were times when I couldnt think or do anything if I was 3 days without something sugary like muffin or cereals. It took me a whole year to get to the state of mind that I'm eating poison but I after a month of covid pandemic I just broke down again and gained back the little that I have lost. I am so angry with myself. The saddest thing is that I don't have problems with discipline but when it comes to food and exercise I'm done. I don't know what to do anymore...I am just too week to anyhing about it
