Hello, I made an edit in this part changing the OST, not because I don't like the original (I love it) but because I wanted to feel how it would sound with YOUSEEBIGGIRL/T:T OST. This scene and the audio of it (from the Soulmadness' chapter 100 video) was used on purpose in honor of Soulmadness for his great videos provided for the AOT Community. I hope you enjoy it!

A lot of people were ungrateful and behaved wrong, harassing the director etc. For anyone who wants to know this was the last tweet from his account before locked. "I'm not very good at English. Seriously if you didn't like their choice of OST go watch some edited videos on FRlift or something, like this one, but dont hate. If Isayama Sensei makes a choice that you didn't like would you harass him too ?? Probably not, because all of us respect him. So please show the same respect for the studio staff. My video is just an experiment, I loved the original OST like I mentioned in my other comments. Their OST choice for this scene was really good and there are multiple people who already explained that. Most of anime onlys loved this scene but a lot of manga readers were disappointed because the community didn't understand the scene put in the manga and instantly went to focus on Eren or overhyped it or thought about some misinterpreted parallels and put YouSeeBIGGIRL OST in this part of the manga. Don't be disappointed. Respect everyone, open your mind more and happily enjoy the official release!
Maybe they didnt choose that music because it is on your perspective now.... are marleyans wrong? Is eren wrong in doing that? Maybe they made the music neutral in genre because you can call eren a villain or what not...

Honestly while watching this at first I was like, "Whhat !! That was so epic ! For sure no one is gonna complain about this."

The Attack On Titan OST was really well done, doesn't matter what season. Hell, I'd say they've been improving with time!

I think the Marleyans would have immediately lost all support from other countries if only Eren had a chance to speak to the large audience. Its because the Marleyans were constantly sending Pure Titans to Paradis that Eren's Mom was eventually devoured by one. The Marleyans sealed their own fate because of fear. If Paradis was just left alone, then none of this would've happened.

I absolutely love that subtle moment at 1:24 when you see Eren's eye widen at him saying he wanted to live because he was "born into this world", the very same line that's helped him validate his own existence against despair. In that brief moment you see that, in any other circumstances they would have seen eye to eye. They're so alike it hurts, even more so when he knows he'll have to kill that man soon.

DrakoXD - Real props for not only creating in my opinion the best-hitting version of this scene with the use of YOUSEEBIGGIRL/ T.T OST, but also for creating it to be like the version in SoulMadness', and for giving reference to and showing your appreciation for SoulMadness's videos. Although he's long since ceased creating and uploading motion-manga videos to FRlift due to his videos recieving copyright strikes and channels being deleted, I feel the motion-manga videos he created were and still are unparalleled in their combination of OST's, pacing, visual editing and effects, and more. I have little doubt that the influence they have had is more significant than many will realize, as for those that have watched them they set a standard by which the anime versions can and often are judged against. The disappointment and frustration at the simple lack of YOUSEEBIGGIRL being used in the anime episode of 'Declaration of War' is evidence of this. Having watched/read his motion-manga videos for the 'Bleach', 'Attack of Titan', and 'One-Punch Man' mangas, I've been able to remember back to how I felt when reading the chapters of the latest episodes of the latest seasons of 'Attack on Titan' and 'One-Punch Man', and leaving aside the animation or it's quality, I personally have felt his pacing and usage of OST and sound-effects to be superior and overall more successful than those of the literal Anime adaptions produced by professional studios. Last of Us 2 made it really really more extreme. It was brutal how much they played with your emotions. That personally worked for me but I understand if it was too much for some people.

Honestly eren was in the right in the story. He lived among marleyans and had patience and learned about them, didn't even try to attack. Reiner lived among other paradisian eldians and learned and committed to attack them due to the guilt trip of coming home (when they could of just asked for help) Marley was more or less sending titanised eldians to paradis, and then the warrior trio as a way of gaining power to conquer the world (by gaining the founder, attack and all other titans its a win win for Marley) Eren was justified when willy tybur declared war he hesitated but didn't want to do it but had to in the end otherwise it would of been a one sided slaughter. If marleyans didn't do that or send titanised eldians to paradis, they would of avoided the whole scenario, Marley declared war the moment they sent the titan eldians. They took lives that they shouldn't have. When a side declares war on a race or island you make the first move in 4D Chess, you remove the greatest weapon (Warhamer titan/jaws) they are no longer a threat. And honestly you remove all witnesses as quick as you can in war, leave just one alive and they can fight back (e.g gabi)
Its probably why eren looks so cold and bitter because deep down he is still that adventurous freedom loving kid but he simply cannot let those who have done him wrong off the hook and knows what it's going to take to have justice. As for reiner, although eren has not forgiven him, he has taken the time to understand reiner and why he did what he did and eren probably sees himself doing the same had he been in reiner's shoes. Eren sees his enemies as people who deserve what's coming to them but at the end of it all will see himself as a monster if not already.
How to save the world -literally do nothing to paradis islands -eren would remember shits but probably wont do nothing against marley if they do nothing -eren would just be a citizen or a soldier with a good family and grand family -eren, reiner, bertholdt, mikasa and armin would be besties -marley would have no option to maintain their country as a military dictatorship until all military commanders of marley dies, which makes the country collapse and many nations seperated while paradis still being civil and neutral but also economy good, GDP kinda ok, military power is just overwhelming, the king is changing every once in a while so the eldian empire is a neutral nation and have no aware of more of the outside world
1. Is it justified? No. Nothing can ever justify killing. 2. Is it necessary? Yes. It's either the Eldian go extinct, or the rest of the world do. Zeke's plan is a painless option to do the former, but for the latter, this is the only option. Eren is only taking the Eldian's side. 3. Is this comparable to real life genocide? No. In real life here is no titan. The world will never be simplified down to the extinction of one race or another. Because there would always be more than two options, no Shingekyo is not like real world.
